Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Payment of Goods
Payment by credit/debit card is taken at the point the order is processed by our Merchant Service Provider (PayPal/Google Checkout). Where goods are out of stock, or are forthcoming, payments will be taken and the goods will be dispatched automatically when available.
Customers awaiting outstanding orders can cancel at any time and receive a full refund.
Goods are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable. Books are currently zero-rated, but many contracts, forms, audio, video tapes, and electronic products are subject to VAT at the standard rate. If there is any change in legislation, VAT will be applicable at the standard rate in accordance with such changes. Goes Here Limited VAT registration number is GB 106 9552 11.
Orders are processed and despatched within 24-48 hours for stock items, but out of stock and forthcoming items will take longer.
Goods weighing less than 2kg are sent First Class post, and those wieghing more are sent Parcel Force, or Courier. A signature may be required for orders sent via Parcel Force/courier.
Postage & packing
Minimum postage is Â£3.75 for orders under Â£4.00, thereafter:
Â£4.00 up to Â£4.50 in goods value
Â£5.00 up to Â£5.50 in goods value
Â£6.00 up to Â£6.50 in goods value
Â£7.00 up to Â£7.50 in goods value
Â£8.00 up to Â£8.50 in goods value
Â£9.00 up to Â£9.50 in goods value
Returns and Refunds
Any claim for non, or late delivery of goods must be made within 28 days of placing the order, either by phone: 0844 567 5087, or email: email@example.com
Any damaged, or incorrectly despatched goods should be returned with the original packaging if possible, within 14 days of the invoice date.
No refunds can be issued for software products which have been unsealed, or electronic documentation/downloads.
Goods remain the property of Goes Here Limited until paid in full.
Return of Goods
Customers wishing to return their order may do so up to 14 days from the invoice date. Please c all customer services on 0844 567 5087, or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
For goods that are damaged, or incorrectly despatched, replavement goods will be sent, alternatively, a complete refund for the items and original despatch costs will be provided. Goes Here Limited will also bear the cost of returning the items.
Goods must be returned in re-saleable condition and customers must arrange for their return at their own expense. A refund to the value of the goods, excluding the original despatch costs, will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned items.
