Returns and Refunds
Any claim for non, or late delivery of goods must be made within 28 days of placing the order, either by phone: 020 300 200 34, or email: email@example.com
Any damaged, or incorrectly dispatched goods should be returned with the original packaging if possible, within 14 days of the invoice date.
No refunds can be issued for software products which have been unsealed, or electronic documentation/downloads.
Goods remain the property of Goes Here Limited until paid in full.
Return of Goods
Customers wishing to return their order may do so up to 14 days from the invoice date. Please c all customer services on 020 300 200 34, or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
For goods that are damaged, or incorrectly dispatched, replacement goods will be sent, alternatively, a complete refund for the items and original dispatch costs will be provided. Goes Here Limited will also bear the cost of returning the items.
Goods must be returned in re-saleable condition and customers must arrange for their return at their own expense. A refund to the value of the goods, excluding the original dispatch costs, will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned items.
